Legacy Components offers a comprehensive sales and procurement training to all new hires. Including an extensive product and market training on an individual basis so that each employee understands the markets and their indicators. By providing a high level understanding of the markets, we are able to, in turn, better the customer satisfaction.
Legacy Components Training Program
The agenda for this 30-day training program, designed to turn new hires into semiconductor specialists, looks like this:
Days 1-5: Representatives from Legacy’s customer service, purchasing, credit/collections, IT, quality, and operations teams orient new hires to Legacy’s core capabilities.
Days 6-15: New hires shadow seasoned specialists to receive the computer, technical, sales and customer service training required of all Legacy Components employees.
Days 16-30: New hires are given the reigns and thrown into real world applications to test their acquired skills under supervision of their department manager.
…and beyond: Legacy specialists undergo continuing education to stay attuned to product trends and customer needs in this ever-changing industry.
